BOUNCE Back Classes have started.
We have a new Beginner Lower limb class starting May 2012.
If you are interested in an upper limb neck class please contact us, we have a couple of spots available for classes starting soon.
BOUNCE Back Classes are an Australian designed active rehabilitation exercise program. The BOUNCE Back system utilises a large range of exercises specifically designed to optimise the function of the spinal stabilising muscles.
